Sash Ritson has been dedicated to working with young people since 1997 in both school based and community settings in practical and leadership roles, working with young people and staff from all walks of life.
In addition to 15 years of experience developing, facilitating and overseeing varied innovative, effective and successful programs and services, she has remained continually updated in professional development and maintained strong connections in the industry to ensure a best practice approach in working with young people.
Sasha is currently undertaking a BA BED in Education majoring in Physical Education and Aboriginal Studies to complement her youth work, counselling, outdoor education, training and assessment, varied aquatics instructors qualifications and an array of short courses.

Dr Phil Daughtry BA (Min.), BA (Couns.), PhD.

Dr Phil Daughtry (PhD) has thirty years of professional experience in youth work, education and management, primarily in the not-for-profit sector.
Phil is an outstanding communicator, mentor and leader who specialises in assisting others to explore the relationships between life, work, values, meaning and purpose. He has a reputation for innovative and reflective practice and vision and project implementation.
His current professional roles include academic management, teaching and research within the Humanities and Social Sciences at Tabor Adelaide, service on the board of Governors for Re-Engage Youth Services and membership of the advisory committee for the Australian Clearinghouse for Youth Studies.
His academic qualifications and fields of scholarship are related to youth work, counselling skills, spirituality and adult education.

Priscilla Sharpe

BA (International Relations, Public Policy), BSW (Flinders)

Priscilla Sharpe is a skilled and highly experienced Social Worker who thinks outside the square. She specialises in helping young people, families and communities explore and identify values and to develop life and work practices that are grounded in authenticity and purpose.
Priscilla is the author of the forthcoming book “Have you ever wanted more from life?  How to live a life you love: Ideas for young people or anyone!”
